Property Management System
Our Property Management system is our newest software application. It is an effective tool for monitoring property, tenants and building maintenance requests.
Each Property manager has access through a security log in and password to a website that lists each property and the technicians assigned to it. Along with the contact information, service requests or tickets can be sent through the sites email function to alert the technicians of any maintenance issues. Tenants can also access the site to make requests for maintenance.
The techs themselves can use the site as a check list for their performance when completing a maintenance request. We also provide tech support via email or phone for the site if any problems arise.
