The Property Management System is a real time web based data driven application used to monitor real estate properties, tenants and maintenance schedules. The application offers access to property lists, tenant lists, maintenance schedules, and property vancancies. The system allows for property managers to track tenants needs, and to provide service in the most efficient way.
Maintenance technicians use the system to track maintenance requests from managers and tenants. The system will also track the progress of each maintenance task as the techs update the status of the requests. Tenants will use the system to submit maintenance requests for their indiviual properties, and easily contact the property manager using the systems email application.
Security is provided through the assigned login/password that every user recieves from the system administrator. A users access is determined through the roles assigned to a users profile. This ensures that a Manager or Technician will only be able to view his/her properties information.
