Jay Wade

Founder, CEO

As CEO of Red Earth Systems, Jay Wade not only keeps the business running, but also brings over 25 years of industry experience to the company. Upon graduation from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Mr. Wade co-founded Wade Systems in 1988 as a value-added-reseller of computer hardware, software and services.

In 1992, Wade Systems was repositioned as a software development company specializing in software for the Federal Court System, where Jay designed and developed the various software programs for the Electronic Case Manager (ECM) line of software.

In April 1999, Wade Systems was acquired by Innovative Capital, LLC., and Jay moved on to pursue other interests, subsequently co-founding several other technology-related businesses, including Red Earth.

Jay is the Vice Chairman of the International SeaKeepers Society as well as a submarine pilot. In his time away from the office, he enjoys amateur motorcycle racing, SCUBA diving, and being an active Member of Explorer’s Club.

Jennifer Determan

Support Manager

With her 7 years of experience at Red Earth and over 18 years in the Customer Service Industry, Jennifer has made it her goal to ensure that our team makes every customer happy as quickly as possible and in turn their job easier. She graduated with a B. A. from Oklahoma State University. When she is not at work, she is trying to keep up with her children, a husband and a 4 year old, Grier… who’s going on 18! God help her!

Jennifer is actually an Interior Designer turned Software Product Manager! Her diverse career path has led her to focus on her relationships with customers. Her specialized, one-on-one training and developing sparks new ideas that customize the product to deliver sure-fire results. Chris Selling

Network Manager

With 6 years under his belt at Red Earth as our Systems and Network Operations Manager, Chris and his team are responsible for the core systems that run every aspect of the company. You might think this guy never sees the light of day but we are glad to share him with you, as he and his team also oversee all of our onsite audits, consultations and implementations.

Chris has been in the IT industry for 15 years starting out in the trenches pushing carts of computer parts around a hospital in Oklahoma City. As he worked up through the IT ranks he was blessed with his laughter Riley. We first met Riley when she just started walking, since then she has been a constant and welcome visitor to our offices.

DeWayne Lackey

Development Manager

DeWayne brings over 16 years of industry experience to the company. He has played numerous roles in the software development process. He has been involved in numerous projects across many domains with significant experience in document management systems and large-scale data aggregation.

DeWayne has a proven track record overseeing the successful development and implementation of large-scale web systems and client/server-based data management applications.

DeWayne holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.

When he's away from the office, DeWayne enjoys weight training and studying martial arts.
